Who We Are

Since I began working in IT and VoIP specifically back in the early 2000's, so much has changed. I still work full-time in VoIP, but years ago, Nortex was my side hustle to help small businesses take advantage of the technology that only large companies seemed to be able to access. VoIP is much easier for anyone to leverage now. But I keep this site up in case people have questions, and I can help; there is also a contact form. No services are offered, no sales, etc. I do not receive commissions, referral fees, etc. If I can recommend a product, I will; if I can help you navigate choosing products, I will, but my main goal is to answer questions people have about VoIP.
